If a material pricing or listing error occurs, HDTP reserves the right to correct the error and cancel or decline an affected order where permitted by law. If payment has already been collected for an order that is canceled, we will issue the applicable refund.

A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns of non-defective products when the return is initiated for reasons unrelated to an HDTP error, subject to applicable law and the published Return and Refund Policy.
Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or rendered unsalable may be ineligible for ordinary returns, except where otherwise required by law or an applicable warranty.
Customers must contact HDTP and obtain return instructions before shipping products back.

7. Product Warranties
Products sold by HDTP may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, and claim procedures vary by product.

HDTP is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or use outside the product’s intended application, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HDTP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product purchases, shipping delays, or product use where such damages may legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms do not eliminate any non-waivable rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
